Line tension :
In order to make the embroidery process smooth, stable line tension is a very important link, otherwise it may be broken. As for the "thread tension" refers to the adjustment of the tension weight of the upper and bottom threads when embroidery is in progress.
Taking general thin flat embroidery as an example, the upper thread tension is 100-120g, while the lower thread tension is about 30g. For leather embroidery and three-dimensional embroidery, the upper thread tension is 120-130g, while the lower thread tension is about 30g.
We usually do good quality for embroidered iron patch and also have hook and loop backing if you need.
