The following content is a description of the relevant characteristics of various embroidery fabrics by special embroidery manufacturers:

1. Yarn-dyed cotton: A kind of cotton fabric, which is woven with warp and weft yarns of different colors. Due to the first dyeing and weaving, the dye has strong penetrability and good dyeing fastness, and the multi-color yarn fabric has strong three-dimensional effect and unique style. The bedding is characterized by a strip pattern, which has the characteristics of pure cotton fabric. But usually the shrinkage rate is even greater. It has the characteristics of a cotton fabric, but usually has a greater shrinkage.

2, the silk: the appearance is gorgeous, rich, natural soft light and flicker effect, feel comfortable, high strength, elasticity and moisture absorption better than cotton, but easy to dirty, heat resistance to strong sunlight is worse than cotton.

3, pure cotton: good hand feeling, comfortable to use, easy to dye, rich variety of flower type, soft and warm, strong hygroscopicity, less static, is widely used in bedding; but easy to wrinkle, easy to shrink, alkali resistance It is resistant to acid and should not be treated for a long time at temperatures above 100 degrees Celsius. Therefore, it is best to spray wet cotton products when ironing. If possible, the product will be ironed with a steam iron after each use, and the effect will be better.

4. High-density and high-density jacquard cotton: The warp and weft density of the fabric is particularly large, and the weaving method is rich in change. Therefore, the fabric has a thick hand feel, good durability and high surface finish. Most of the fabrics are light-colored and elegant, which is extraordinarily elegant and pure. A more advanced type of cotton fabric.

5. Polyester and cotton: Brand products generally use 65% polyester and 35% cotton polyester/cotton fabric. Polyester cotton is divided into plain and twill. The plain polyester cotton is thin, and the strength and wear resistance are very good. The rate is very small, the appearance of the product is not easy to sample, and the price is affordable, and the durability is good, but the comfort fit is not as good as pure cotton. In addition, because polyester is not easy to dye, polyester/cotton fabrics are mostly light and light, which is more suitable for spring and summer. Twill polyester is usually denser than plain weave, so it looks dense and thick, and its surface gloss and feel are better than plain weave.
