Step 9: Take measures to keep the residual thread left by the edging safe and trim the end to about 1/4 inch. One way is to paste the end of the badge on the back of the badge. Another method is to pull the remaining end wire through the edging and keep the friction in place.
If the ends are cut clean, the edges may be pulled apart.
Step 10: Check the quality and quantity of the badge and then pack it. Each additional link in the badge production process will increase investment costs. From the beginning of the embroidery process, waste can be produced at every step. Waste products are usually left without a repair.
